When using an iPhone X during background playback from a Music player app, pop noises might be heard when the screen dims after Auto-lock. This situation has been reported to Apple computer.

By turning US-2x2 or US-4x4 power off, and then on again, the indicator will return to solid again. To avoid this, we recommend connecting the lightning cable between the iOS device and US-2x2 or US-4x4 before turning on the power. It is always recommended to save any work and mute the speakers or headphones before turning any interface off and on. |
