Successor to the CC-222SLmkII – TASCAM’s Popular Combination CD/Cassette Recorder

Montebello, CA (April 25, 2014): TASCAM has refreshed the best-selling CC-222-series with the CC-222mkIV combination CD/Cassette Recorder. The full-featured deck has been enhanced with a new tray-loading CD transport, designed in-house by TEAC. The CD-W5600S is purposefully designed for use in audio recorders – unlike computer drives its firmware allows it to record without gaps between track markers.Other popular features remain the same*, including:

• Independently-operating CD and Cassette sections
• Phono input to accept signals from turntables with phono-level outputs
• Dubbing either way between CD and the Cassette - or the simultaneous recording to both
• Several track division functions – automatic or manual
• Shock-proof memory to prevent CD skipping due to vibration
