TASCAM is pleased to announce that its Sonicview Digital Mixing Consoles are now fully compatible with the popular Mixing Station app, empowering audio professionals and musicians with remote control capabilities. This integration expands the functionality of Sonicview consoles in live sound, houses of worship, and many other demanding environments.

With Mixing Station app support, both performers and engineers can now wirelessly control their monitor mixes using smartphones or tablets. With this all new hands-on control, users will benefit from faster sound checks, enhanced efficiency while performing, and a more streamlined experience for everyone involved on stage or behind the board.

Using the Ember+ protocol introduced in Sonicview firmware V2.2, the consoles can support multiple simultaneous Mixing Station instances, offering scalable control options for small to mid-sized productions. Users can quickly adjust levels, EQ, aux sends, and more - all from their own devices. Setup is straightforward, requiring only a network connection to the console with no additional hardware needed.

Mixing Station app compatibility is available now as part of the latest Sonicview firmware update (V2.2.3 or later). The app itself is available for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
